Why did you decide to work at BGC? I knew someone working for BGC before and she told me that I would be a great fit. I was a broke college student at the time and it seemed legit.
What do you enjoy most? Something new happens everyday. Nothing is ever the same and the kids are really entertaining. They keep me up to date.
What are your future plans? I want to work somewhere in the medical field with kids. I currently go to school at CSUN and plan on graduating at the end of the year.
Any advice for future team members? Connect with the kids. Open up to the kids and it will help you relate.
