It is imperative that young people develop the technology skills necessary to succeed in school, college, and the job market. We offer a comprehensive array of programs to help build members’ computer skills and integrate technology into all our programs and operations. These programs include:

DIY Stem
Program that stresses making creative projects out of recycled and household items.

Girls Who Code
This coding program is open to boys and girls with the focus on closing the gender gap in STEM. Members learn how to code using Scratch and an interactive character book that teaches members about inputs, outputs, variables, loops, etc.

VEX Robotics
VEX Robotics is a robotics program for elementary students. Through VEX Robotics, youth learn engineering, manufacturing and technology and have the opportunity to compete amongst their peers. VEX provides a learning opportunity technology but also helps youth develop critical life skills. Kids learn the basics of robotics and programming through Lego minestorms.

Steam
Creative programs that incorporate art into the sciences, technology, engineering, and math fields.

Mad Science
Delivering educational and entertaining science experiences for children by presenting concepts in a visual and interactive manner.

Microscopic Exploration
Youth have the opportunity to learn basics of microscopes and look more closely at objects, seeing beyond what is visible with the naked eye.
